RETURNS & REPAIRS


How do I return or exchange an item:

As each Noir Lune piece is thoughtfully created, we are currently unable to accept returns. If you have any questions before purchasing, we’re here to help you choose with confidence.


My order has been returned to your studio.

If your order has been returned to us by the postal service due to an incorrect address or a re-delivery or collection wasn't arranged, we would be happy to re-send your order once this arrives back with us.

We will require the postage cost to send this to you again, please email hello@noirlune.com and we would be happy to arrange.

If you no longer wish to receive your order, we will issue a full refund minus the postage cost once this has arrived back with us.

 

Return to senders are not sent via priority mail and may take up to 8 weeks to be returned to us.
